Lund Mortgage is without a doubt the easiest lender I have ever worked with. I’ve purchased several houses and these guys run circles around other lenders from my experiences. Matt Oliver, Matt Grams, and Frank Mazza were all incredible to work with. They had to get a little creative with our jumbo loan, but they knew exactly what needed to be done and gave us a few different options/scenarios for getting approved and were able to get us closed in under 30 days. I won’t bother calling any other lenders in the future, Lund is my one and only contact now for future purchases. Can’t recommend them enough.

This is the third time I’ve worked with Lund Mortgage and it’s such a pleasure because they make it so easy to complete, sign and upload all necessary forms online. They are always available to answer any questions without making me feel like I’m taking too much of their time. From beginning to closing on my refinance was about two and a half weeks. You never leave your home for anything even signing final documents the notary and documents are brought to you in the privacy of your home. That’s service!
